THE DIFFERENCE IS THE GAS PATH

Generate it.
Collect it. Route it.

A defined gas inlet and outlet let you deliver ozone to an injector, reactor, duct or controlled process. This is different from an exposed discharge plate that blows ozone directly into room air.

    Feed gas

    Oxygen or properly prepared dry air, according to the selected configuration.

  2. 02 / GENERATE

    Enclosed ozone core

    Discharge tube or module with a matched power supply and suitable cooling.

  3. 03 / DELIVER

    Controlled outlet

    Gas tubing connects the ozone source to the customer’s treatment process.

Conceptual gas path—not a complete installation drawing. Monitoring, interlocks, ventilation and off-gas management must be engineered for the finished system.

BEYOND THE g/h NUMBER

Specify the operating conditions.

Nominal output normally refers to oxygen-feed conditions. Air-feed output is lower; increasing gas flow may change output and reduce concentration. Confirm the complete operating point before ordering.

Feed gas & concentration
Oxygen feed can reduce nitrogen-derived by-products such as NOx. Confirm oxygen purity or air preparation, gas flow and the required ozone concentration.
Cooling & duty cycle
Air cooling simplifies installation. Higher output, long operation or warm conditions may call for water cooling.
Mechanical & electrical fit
Gas connections, mounting space, supply voltage and control interface.

Morhon Tech supports standard supply, prototype evaluation and repeat production. Our founder and production team entered the ozone industry in 2007; the company was established in 2015.

Representative custom experience spans approximately 100 mg/h to 3 kg/h. Many customer-specific generators are not displayed because project designs and requirements are confidential. This range describes past customization experience, not the rating of every listed product.
