Oxygen-Feed Piped-Output Ozone Generators and Core Components

Controlled ozone gas for water, cold storage, ducts, laboratories, agriculture and OEM equipment. Standard platforms, frequently supplied core parts and customer-specific systems from approximately 100 mg/h to 3 kg/h.

For manufacturers, distributors, project companies and overseas ozone-industry partners. This is not an online retail offer.

Why Oxygen Feed

Cleaner feed-gas path and more controllable ozone concentration

Reduce nitrogen-derived by-products

Ambient air contains nitrogen. Supplying oxygen minimizes nitrogen entering the electrical-discharge cell and can help reduce nitrogen-oxide by-products compared with untreated air feed.

Support higher ozone concentration

Oxygen feed normally supports higher and more consistent ozone concentration. This matters when gas purity, transfer efficiency or process repeatability is important.

Engineering note: Nominal output in g/h, ozone concentration and gas flow are different parameters. Unless a product states otherwise, our nominal output refers to oxygen feed. Prepared dry-air output may be around 20% under otherwise comparable conditions. Increasing flow may increase mass output in some ranges while reducing ozone concentration. Feed-gas purity/dryness, temperature, pressure and back pressure must be stated when comparing equipment.
Recommended Oxygen Supply

Match the oxygen source, flow control and measurement range

Oxygen supply is selected as part of the ozone system, not as an unrelated product. The correct choice depends on the generator operating point and the process—not only on the oxygen concentrator’s headline flow.

Compact Oxygen Concentrators

For standard smaller and medium systems when the required oxygen flow, purity, pressure and duty cycle fall within a complete concentrator’s operating range.

PSA Oxygen Generator Units

For larger flow, continuous industrial operation or OEM integration where compressor, drying, storage, controls and redundancy must be considered together.

Gas Flow Control

Regulators, valves and flow meters establish the feed condition used to compare ozone mass output and gas concentration.

Gas-phase Ozone Measurement

An analyzer helps verify concentration and output during OEM development, commissioning and process validation.

Representative Custom Experience

Useful information includes application, target ozone output/concentration, gas flow, feed gas, pressure/back pressure, water or airflow data, voltage, duty cycle, quantity and OEM requirements.

Safety and validation: Ozone is a strong oxidant. The completed system requires compatible materials, leak prevention, monitoring, interlocks, ventilation and residual/off-gas management. Application performance and regulatory suitability must be validated under actual operating conditions.
