BUSINESS WEBSITE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions govern use of OzonGenerators.com and general B2B inquiries submitted to Morhon Tech Product-specific quotations, pro forma invoices, purchase orders and signed contracts may contain additional or different terms and will prevail for the relevant transaction.
Effective date: August 25, 2026
1. Website Operator
OzonGenerators.com is a B2B ozone-generator project operated by Morhon Tech, Hefei, Anhui, China.
2. Business Use
The website is intended for equipment manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, project companies, system integrators, laboratories and other professional buyers. It is not operated as a consumer online-retail store.
3. Website Information Is Not a Binding Offer
Website descriptions, images, drawings, specifications and application information are provided for general evaluation. They do not constitute a binding quotation, warranty or offer to sell. A transaction is formed only after technical and commercial terms are confirmed through an accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, sales contract or other written agreement.
4. Technical Specifications
Ozone output and concentration depend on test conditions, including feed gas, oxygen purity or air preparation, dew point, gas flow, pressure, temperature, cooling, duty cycle and measurement method. Buyers must confirm the required conditions before ordering. A catalog output value should not be interpreted independently of its stated test conditions.
5. Custom and Representative Products
Many generators and core parts are configured for customer-specific equipment. The website therefore presents representative product platforms rather than every configuration supplied. Dimensions, voltage, controls, connectors, enclosure, labeling, packaging and performance conditions may be customized only when confirmed in writing.
6. Quotations and Orders
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations may be subject to validity periods, minimum quantities, sample charges, engineering charges, payment terms, production lead times, shipping terms, taxes and export or import requirements. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate company, delivery and technical information.
7. Samples and Custom Development
Samples and prototypes are intended for evaluation under the buyer’s actual operating conditions. Custom engineering may require drawings, written approval, deposits or non-recurring engineering charges. Changes requested after approval may affect price, schedule and performance.
8. Buyer Integration Responsibilities
The buyer or system integrator is responsible for final equipment design, gas handling, ventilation, off-gas destruction, electrical protection, interlocks, installation, commissioning, operator training, local regulatory compliance and validation of the completed system. Ozone is a strong oxidant and must be generated and used with suitable containment, monitoring and safety controls.
9. Medical and Regulated Applications
We do not provide medical treatment advice or make therapeutic claims. Components supplied for qualified medical, food, drinking-water or other regulated equipment must be evaluated, validated and approved by the responsible equipment manufacturer or system integrator under applicable laws and standards.
10. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Customer drawings and project information are used for project evaluation and supply. Specific confidentiality obligations should be documented in a separate nondisclosure agreement when required. Website content, photographs, graphics and original documents may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Customer-owned marks and approved private-label materials remain subject to the applicable project agreement.
11. Warranty and Claims
Warranty scope, inspection requirements, acceptance criteria and claim procedures are defined in the applicable quotation or sales agreement. Buyers should inspect shipments promptly and provide model, serial information, photographs, video and operating conditions when reporting a problem.
12. Limitation of Website Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on incomplete website information, use outside confirmed specifications, improper installation, inadequate feed-gas preparation, unauthorized modification or failure of the buyer’s final system controls. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices.
14. Privacy and Cookies
Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Optional cookies can be managed through the Cookie Settings control in the footer.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the website, business processes or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
